Terms of Use

Last updated 7 August 2026

These terms cover your use of VidsSave at vidssave.top. By using the converter you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

VidsSave takes a link you supply, retrieves the media it points to through a third-party processing provider, and returns a file to your browser over a short-lived, single-use download link. We do not host a media library, we do not index or search anyone's catalogue, and we do not keep the converted file after it has been delivered to you.

What you are responsible for

This is the part that matters most. You are solely responsible for every link you submit and for what you do with the resulting file. By submitting a link you confirm that at least one of the following is true:

  • you created the media yourself;
  • you own it, or you bought a copy that permits personal downloads;
  • you hold a licence covering the copy you are making; or
  • the rights holder has given you permission, or the material is in the public domain or released under a licence that allows it.

Something being publicly reachable on the internet is not permission. If you are not sure whether you may keep a copy of a particular file, do not submit it.

Things you must not do

  • Submit media you have no right to copy, or use the service to redistribute someone else's work.
  • Attempt to bypass, script around, or overload the service, or run automated bulk requests against it.
  • Probe, scan, or interfere with the infrastructure, or try to reach internal endpoints directly.
  • Use the service where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

We may refuse or stop serving any request, and may restrict or withdraw access, without notice.

Availability

The service is offered as it is, free of charge, with no promise that it will be available, complete a given conversion, or keep working the same way tomorrow. It depends on third-party providers and on sources we do not control, so a link that works today may fail later. We may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.

No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, VidsSave is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk, and you are responsible for checking that your use is lawful where you are.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, [legal entity name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost files, or claims brought against you over material you chose to download. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as local law permits.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material has been copied through this service in a way that infringes your rights, see the DMCA page for how to send a notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
